"Floor 4 had an odor and the room was average. The pool bar was closed but the pool was nice & relaxing. The restaurant was over priced and below average on taste. Location was perfect, cafe staff was superior! "

"I paid for an all-inclusive trip meeting. I don’t have to pay for anything, but what I paid for to get there I was unable to eat at any restaurant on the property due to lack of information provided by the staff of when to eat or where to eat or what to where to eat. I was giving information on one thing follow those instructions got to a restaurant only to be turned away due to lack of room, or I was underdressed when in fact, there were people eating that we were wearing the same thing I was I was given a reservation for a restaurant the hibachi place I showed up for my reservation and they did not have me on the list so I could not eat there I did not eat from any restaurant except for breakfast at the resort my whole visit I would not recommend going to this resort to anyone of my friend. I will never be back again, and I was was not compensated in any way for the fact that the first day I got there was supposed to be at 1 PM. I didn’t get there till 5 PM because of 2 1/2 hour ride from the airport to the resort when it was supposed to be 21 minutes and then I finally got the resort. Nobody informed me of anything about the hotel got to my room by myself without instructions on how to use the electrical panel that supposedly operated everything in the room so I didn’t know how to put up the shades or open the windows or anything. The outside awning was broken. The inside awning was broken so my secondary resort there was maintenance people in and out of my room all day "

"This property is very run down. The owners of the suites do not update the furniture. The sofas were like sitting on plywood and the dining chair cushions were sunken in. The hot water only lasted for a few minutes. We had to take cool showers. We were 4 adults. There were ants in the kitchen. There was no dish soap or sponge provided to clean the dishes. I had to call the front desk with my cell phone. I couldn’t reach anyone from the room phone when I called the numbers that were provided. We left 2 days early because we didn’t want to spend the rest of our vacation in a place like this. This property needs a major overhaul."

"The man at the front desk, who also took our breakfast order is a real sweetheart! So helpful and accommodating. The beds are comfortable. If going to Kabah Park is on your to do list, and it should be, then this is the hotel to go to. Basic hotel, at an excellent price. Money well spent."
