Great hotel I stay at every year I visit.

The place was very nice. I've been staying at Kabah hotel each visit over the past 5 years. Excellent shower, comfy beds, Easy parking, great breakfast included. Hands down my fave hotel in Cancun. Very good area. Lots of shopping options and local restaurants.

Had a good stay

After reading reviews I was really worried about my choice, but it was good! Big spacious room, bed comfortable, great breakfast. Supermarket over the road. Not perfect but better than reviews say.

First off...our stay was great! We found Kabah to be a great find. Very well located for our needs of Dr appointments in Cancun. Easy access to Uber. Room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, served fresh and hot...not a self serve buffet. Didn't particularly like the coffee but adequate. Fresh OJ was great along with my omelet. Everyone was friendly and polite from start to finish! Thank you...will definitely stay again!

Very good front desk service . Faraway from the beaches . Excessive Expensive 2 only restaurant around. Repetitive all week breakfast menu . The best the cleaning , the room service and the beds . You get what to you pay !!!

1 night stay ahead of our next day flight, room was big with a minibar that was convenient, staff friendly, but amenities and cleanliness was not there. Only 2 bath towels in room, no hand towels or washclothes. Cleanliness was ok-ish, loads of crusted in grime and garbage bin was all rusty, giving super sketch vibes tbh. For one night was ok, good restos around, walked to a steakhouse that was delish and is acctoss the street from Costc0 if you fancy snopping into one.

The staff was friendly, but overall the experience could’ve been better. The hotel wasn’t very clean — while the sheets were clean, the walls, floor, and bathroom were not. The balcony door handle was broken and just taped over, which didn’t feel secure at all. The main door also didn’t seem very safe. The pool was out of service during our stay, and the breakfast was limited to just chilaquiles and eggs. The TV never worked, and the Wi-Fi signal was very weak. Definitely not what I expected.

I would not call this a “boutique” hotel—it’s more like a motel located right next to a very busy, noisy highway. The windows didn’t close properly, so you could hear every car and truck passing by as if they were in the room with you - all night. After a 20-hour travel journey, you might want to rest and relax, but unfortunately, this was not the right place for that. If peace and quiet are what you’re looking for, I would recommend considering other options. Also there was a constant smell of mold in the room and on the hallway. Although the staff working at the reception was very nice! You can park your car very safe here with a security guard.

I would say "Ok", you sometimes (just) get what you pay for. The room looked much better on the website. Some cracks in wall and paint. Room was pretty hot going in and took 15 minutes to cool down. We booked last minute because our flight got cancelled and so booked in late. Had to wait 10 minutes outside the hotel while we repeatedly called ... because person at front desk was not (at the front desk). Bed was comfortable. Good place to sleep, but don't expect much else.

Cancun Vacation

Service was great. Property not so much! Pictures are not accurate in my opinion from the point of the rooms. The posting mention sounds proof rooms which is completely not true. Also elevator is not the best and you have to press the up button to go down and vice versa. Breakfast was solid. Also one of the most odd things was that even though I had two people in my party we were only able to get one room key. Very inconvenient in situations where you wanted or need to separate from your party. The place was decent but not as describe in the listing. Roof top is decent but pool was dirty and not cleaned during my 6 night stay, so I did not use. They also do not service the roof top and there were many umbrellas at the tables broken. I probably wouldn't stay again. But again, staff was the saving grace and considering I could not get money back as it was pre paid helped us tough it out. But not what we expected.

The manager and staff were all excellent—very friendly and helpful in many ways, and they were the highlight of our stay. However, I felt the overall management could be improved. The hotel did not offer coffee in the rooms or in the lobby, and there was no microwave available for guests to use. The shampoo and body wash also seemed to be of poor quality; they didn’t lather at all, no matter how much we used. Honestly, the only reason I might consider returning to this hotel is because of the wonderful staff.

Boutique hotel

Wonderful little hotel with a nice breakfast and comfortable rooms. Housekeeping wasn’t very thorough in their daily cleaning but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall very comfortable.

Great value stop over during our Mexican vacation.

This is a good hotel. Fairly new and kept pretty clean. The gym is small but functional. Loved the location being across from a big city park and the local Costco. Breakfast was good and included in the cost. Major thoroughfare nearby is noisy at certain times. I wake up every two hours anyway, so it was fun to see this city at night.
