We had to check out 2 days early due to COVID19 issues. (The hotel closed completely one week later). No problem at front desk, but I have had no response from VRBO regarding refund for the 2 days. Hotel says contact VRBO, VRBO says contact owner, but no information on any individual owner is available. I understand this situation is difficult for everyone, and I am willing to split the cost with an individual owner if they would contact me. Thanks
