Only bad thing is that the rooms don’t have A/C so the outside noise first thing in the morning was quite loud as you need the windows open. "We stayed 3 nights in this Princeville condo in April; it was clean, very quiet, comfortable bed, kitchenette with all we needed, washer/dryer very handy. Excellent directions in email made accessing the keys and moving in a breeze! Great location within 10 minutes of both Hanalei and Kilauea restaurants and shops, and close to shuttle to Napali coast. "The property was in a great location. Our room was recently renovated and clean. While the rooms are not ocean view, the Lava Lava restaurant is right on the ocean with great views of the surrounding mountains. The only negatives of the stay were insufficient parking (but valet service was available) and there is no elevator."
