The kitchen is brand new and beautiful but there are no pots, dishes, cutlery or serving pieces in the cabinets or drawers. We did use the fridge and microwave, but it would have been nice to have plates and cutlery. The woman at the desk, Shay, was so nice and helpful to everyone. "

What was offered very expensive even served on poorly washed dish. Shoyld not have to pick put molded strawberries from a dish. Room was mot clean and items not working like TV. Overall shoddy eorkmanship shows in wear of guest room and spa. Someine needs to pay attention "

"The room was nasty I never took my flip flops off even in the nasty cigarette burned bathtub . The floors were really dirty too . Never back there yechhhh . The employees at desk were really nice and gave me extra towels . "

"Great hotel! There for Astros spring training. Close to great restaurants and close to the ballpark- Uber there- 20 minutes. There is a neat electric car (uber type) for the west palm beach downtown area that is cheap! No pool at the Hyatt but it's a gorgeous hotel!"
