"I had a great stay at the Ambassador Seoul Pullman Hotel and would rate it 4/5. The hotel was very clean, and we loved the Executive King room. It was spacious enough for me and my girlfriend to relax comfortably. The city view was great, and the bathroom—especially the bathtub—was a highlight. Housekeeping also did an excellent job keeping the room fresh and well stocked. The location is very convenient, with coffee shops and stores nearby. There are also two GS25 convenience stores within a short walk—one behind the hotel and another near the train station down the hill. The subway station itself is not far and easy to reach. Breakfast on the upper floor had a beautiful view and great atmosphere. Most of the food was good, though one fish dish was just okay. The coffee machine was also a bit complicated to use and could be more user-friendly. The front desk staff were professional and polite, and they communicated well in English, which I appreciated. However, they sometimes seemed a bit strict or reserved. One small improvement would be the bathroom glass panel, which makes it difficult to watch TV from the bathtub due to the tint. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and I would gladly stay here again. ⭐ Rating: 4/5"

"Our stay at The Shilla was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and extremely comfortable. The beds and bedding were some of the best we’ve experienced while traveling and made it easy to get great rest after long days out. The amenities throughout the hotel were excellent and clearly very well maintained. The staff truly stood out as well. Everyone was incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming, making the entire stay feel seamless and relaxing. The sauna and wellness facilities were also fantastic and a highlight of the stay. Everything was spotless, relaxing, and very well organized. Overall, The Shilla delivered an exceptional experience in every way — from the rooms and beds to the staff, amenities, and facilities. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting."

"I stayed the second time in Pacific Hotel. The location is great! And all the staff is friendly, and the room and bed are comfy, really clean and bigger than other Myeongdong hotels. This hotel makes me happy experiences in the South Korea. I will stay this hotel again next year. I highly recommend it."
