Staff on reception were very helpful Lovely lady on the coffee dock called Htami Was very attentive and welcoming every morning when we got coffee and croissants "

"Fantastic location for Jumeireh Beach - the area around the hotel is great and the walk over to Bluewaters Island is very near. Traffic is busy but that’s because it’s central but taxis are very reasonable. Some people say the hotel is noisy but we found the rooms to be very quiet with excellent housekeeping. The pool was also much bigger than some reviews suggest and the hotel kept the water cool somehow which was a great relief in temps of 40+ degrees "
