"I enjoyed my overnight stay at The Park Head Hotel.
The room with ensuite i stayed in was immaculate & well presented also.
This room had recently been refurbished as it was all new, the en suite was modern & finished to a very high standard.
I slept well at The Park Head Hotel & i was able to relax.
I would certainly recommend The Park Head Hotel to all & sundry afterall."
"Really good home cooked food at a good price too but hotel side of the pub was a little expensive considering breakfast wasnt included but it was comfortable and clean and nice for me personally to have memory foam pillows instead of feather filled ones. "
"Beautiful property, lovely gardens.
Breakfast was amazing - great mushrooms!
Bed was huge and comfortable.
Staff were fab - very helpful.
Only downside is no door between the bathroom and bedroom - so very little privacy. "
"Friendly staff, lovely food. Unfortunately tv didnt have great reception, isnt good when on road all week and have nothing to do except drink in bar !"
"Set in lovely countryside views, owners & staff all veey friendly & helpful, fabulous choice of breakfasts, meals available during evening also with a varied menu including gluten free. No hesitation in recommending The Royal Oak for any length of stay, wish we could have stayed for longer!!!!"

"A fabulous pub with rooms. Amazing value. Great staff, rooms and food and fabulous value we couldn’t fault it."
"My first visit to this hotel. Very impressed friendly staff and excellent facilities.
Only minor issue, the windows only have blinds, these do not effectively block out the light so awake quite early.
On the whole excellent."

"When travelling with my elderly mother who has a mobility aid, it is often difficult to find a place as comfortable as this.
Everything is on one level (no steps), a walk-in shower with a shower chair, and it was warm and cosy when the weather became cold.
There were gifts for us on arrival as well! Biscuits, wine... what a treat! "
