I liked the breakfast and the lobby food. I was grateful that I was shown to my room before the stated check-in time. I was disappointed that my Sarova Select membership no longer entitled me to a newspaper, and I was puzzled that room cleaning had to be requested "due to Covid". I fail to see what cleaning the room has to do with the virus, and I was disappointed that the daily tea and coffee service also had to be requested in the room. A biscuit was offered only on the first day of an eight night stay, and a bottle of water was offered only once. Thereafter there was a charge for it.
