"Absolutely filthy! Had to have sheets changed twice and still were not clean! Beverage splatter all over the walls. Tub was filthy with hair."

"Parent of a Syracuse student. This property is about 4 miles from the dome. Easily accessible to the highway. There’s literally a McDonald’s staring at you in the parking lot. One of the affordable options around that is very nice and not run down. Price does fluctuate, as with all surrounding properties of the university. Front desk was efficient and professional. House keeping very present and always busy. My room was located right by the staff lounge and staff area. Bed can use a refresh. Coils in bed triggered right shoulder pain. Can get loud in the morning. Property and staff gave that corporate feel but in a good way. I will look at rebooking this particular property for the next several years. "

"The front desk is fine but the attitude is not the best. Tried to find some water but the water tank next to the front door is broken. The elevator's super old and smelly. My room on the third floor facing the elevator has very bad smell as well like some year-long unwashed socks. One of the light is not working in my room as well, not to mention the sound-activated lights (really annoyed me when I tried to turn them on and off). Luckily I have a early morning flight and only need to stay a few hours, but it is absolutely some of the worst hours I've spent in a hotel in America. It's pretty close to the airport, I guess that's the only good point."

"Hotel felt old and outdated. Didn’t feel welcoming. We had called before we made the reservation to ensure that they had an airport shuttle, and the gentleman told us the hours and said no problem. Upon arrival, the agent was very irritated that we hadn’t made arrangements ahead of time. Would not stay here again."
