"The property was very clean. At the front you have an option to self check in which was very smooth. The room was very clean and spacious. Best part was no carpet in the room. Ample of parking around the hotel and there is Dunkins and Dennys within the walk in distance."

Terrie at the front desk was the nicest woman we’ve ever met at a hotel; extremely welcoming and accommodating. Room was clean and smelled nice. The parking was so easy and close to walk. "Breakfast off the menu at 11 Waters was fantastic. Beautiful, vintage, fully restored hotel. We did not attempt the 20 minute walk to campus but it was a 5 minute drive away from the University. This was the nicest hotel we have stayed in Syracuse so far. "
