"The front desk staff were great and always a pleasure to deal with. The hotel location is great and the view of Niagara Falls from our room was amazing. Except for the one night we stayed at the falls until after the fireworks we would pull the sofa chair over to the window in our room and watch the falls lights plus watch the fireworks. The hotel is dated and could use an upgrade, especially the carpeting but it's hard to complain when we had such an awesome view."
