"When we walked in, there were two dead cockaroaches in the bathroom. The bathroom door was broken like someone had kicked it from the inside. At least two towels had holes. The hook on the back of the bathroom door was broken off leavimg exposed glue only with no hook. One bed had stained yellow sheets. We stayed 3 nights. When we went to request cleaning service in the evening, there was no one at the front dest or anyone to answer the bell for 15 minutes. We finally left and returned with our own broom and dust pan. We did get service the next day but did not replenish thw towels. "

"This place is awful. Disgusting and not clean at all. Spiders and bugs in the room along with spider webs everywhere. "

"Room was spotlessly clean, and smelled nice. I accidentally booked one night, and then a second (instead of two consecutive nights), and staff was very accommodating to "bridge" my reservation. Thanks!"
