"I always stay at this hotel when in Frankfurt. It is beautiful and luxurious with great location and service. This time I notice the young lady checking me in did not seem to want to upgrade my room until I mentioned it. She did after I asked but it was not the best upgrade as I have received beautiful suite upgrades before. Nevertheless I still had a great stay. Love the smoking room located at the hotel too. "

You can’t go for breakfast without it and don’t try to get past evening door security if they have an event on without it or you will be threatened (by some particularly heavy handed door men).
