Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality stood out throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space for our family to relax. We especially appreciated how attentive the staff were to accommodating small children — it made a big difference in helping us feel welcome and supported. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with convenient sky bridges connecting directly to nearby malls, making shopping and dining incredibly easy and enjoyable. "The room is spacious, and the location is prime—just a hop, skip, and jump from the train station, a convenience store, and loads of food spots across. Raohe Street is only a short walk away, too! The staff? Total legends when it comes to giving directions. One quirky thing though: they’ve got slippers ready for your feet, but don’t expect a toothbrush or toothpaste—guess they’re letting you bring your own sparkle!"

"Breakfast was ok but could be better. The room was clean and spacious with a very high ceiling and huge mirror. The bed was comfortable and the bed tub was big. It worths the money and I definitely recommend the city suites of Taipei to everyone."
