This property is in an amazing location, nestled in a peaceful corner with an ocean view. Yet, it is conveniently situated a few steps away from Jiufen old street. The hosts were welcoming and hospitable, offering a delicious Taiwanese-style breakfast. The room itself is clean, although the bathroom showed signs of age and use. I would definitely stay here again because of the hosts’ kindness and the property’s location.

The size, cleanliness, and service were all well-balanced with the price. The breakfast time was flexible and they brought it to my room. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was old and noisy. Although the temperature was lower than usual, it was difficult to warm up the room. The staff had wonderful smiles and I would like to stay there again if I have a chance.

Lovely space hosted by a wonderful couple. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. We had a bad experience at another Jiufen property , and booked this last minute. So happy they had space available and wish we had booked it in the first place.

The location of the property is very close to the Jiufen old street. The room is spacious but the cleaning staff did not pay much attention to the fridge. We found a half finished bubble tea in the fridge from the last group of people stayed in the room.

The pick-up was smooth and the owner was quite friendly but they’ve messed up the breakfast and mistaken the room as someone else’s. When contacting the staff, their attitude was AWFUL! The staff who was responsible for 6/10’s breakfast could really use some serious coaching. It’s really not what you should treat your customers.

Big problem: no check in. Stood in the street in the rain for 20 minutes while a kindly local shopkeeper phoned the B&B owner who sent a surly youth over to let us in. The B&B is not located on a public road, but rather in a warren of terraced mews that no one but a resident could find. When we politely asked the young man if he could help some of our elderly with their luggage, he scoffed, and said “You’re on your own” and stalked off. We never did meet the owner, or anyone else for that matter. The place is clean, but spartan, the beds are comfortable. Unfortunately, the cons outweigh the pros, as you may find yourself climbing dozens of steep cement stairs with your bags, uncertain of both your destination and your reception.

■1. 部屋の中は非常にきれいで清潔す。九分周辺のほかの宿泊施設外観はGoogleのStreet Viewでみると「非常に汚い」ものが多いので心配になりますが、2025/4月現在 この部屋は写真検索でヒットする画像の通り清潔で、感覚的には内装工事は10年以内だと思います。■2. 可能であればチェックイン前日までに施設オーナーと連絡を取り合い「チェックインのためにOO時XX分に九分バス停前で待ち合わせ」とすることをお勧めします。理由は、この周辺はは広範囲において狭い路地・階段が分岐したり入りくんだりしていて自力で部屋を見つけることは非常に困難と思うためです。■3. 施設のオーナーはLINEのIDを持っていますが、私と妻の場合はそのIDに対してエラーが発生してしまい、LINEで施設オーナーと連絡は取れませんでした。■4. 建物から徒歩１分で九分 商店街のど真ん中に到着できるので便利です。■5. 湯舟はありません、シャワーのみです。トイレはウォシュレット型ではありません。

民宿離九份老街很近，步行幾分鐘就到達。民宿尚算整潔，屋主亦友善親切。外送的早餐算是普通，但麵包是好吃的。 民宿位置要通過樓梯到達，有大行李時可能會稍有不便。另外房間內沒有桌椅，屋內進食時會有一點點不方便。

年末年始に九分を家族でゆっくり観るために利用しました。 立地は、急斜面かつ狭い路地の古い街並みなので、車の寄り付きはまったくありません。家族の荷物を抱えて楽にたどり着くために、軽便路の山側から宿へ歩いて向かいました。宿泊は受付とは別の棟にあり少し歩きますが、メインの基山街、裏道を使えば有名な阿妹茶屋も至近ですごく便利でした。 部屋と設備は、広くて清潔、お湯もしっかり出て快適。ウォシュレットやトイレットペーパーは無く、衛生紙で拭いてゴミ箱に捨てるタイプです。 朝食はサンドイッチ程度で残念でしたが、このお値段なら納得です。 宿への要望は、最新のテレビの使い方がいまいち分かりませんでした。説明書はあったほうが良いと思います。あと裏道が多いので周辺地図や店舗の営業時間とかわかるものがあれば、なお良いと思います。

Great location. Coffee shops just down the stairs. Nice room & outdoor bench to drink coffee in the morning. Nice restaurants all around. Just need to search a little depending on taste for more western style or really local. A little issue at check-in with rooms assignments but quickly resolved by team and we got our 2 rooms that we had booked. Definitely worth spending 1N minimum there as so much to see & do over a weekend.

위로 계단조금 올라가면 지우펀 상가거리로 바로 연결되고 아래로 내려가 조굼 더 가면 아메이차관이 나옵니다. 위치 정말 좋고 주인아주머니 무척 친절하시고 대만식 아침조식 완전 맛있습니다. 계속 반찬을 더 가져다 주시고 한상가득 차려주시네요~ 체크인하는 날은 마중마와주시고 짐도 옮겨주시고 체크아웃 하는 날은 양명산리조트로 가는 저희를 위해 택시를 잡아주시려고 애쓰셨어요~ 룸은 사진과 똑같이 컨디션 좋고 뜨거운 물도 잘 나오고 호텔만 좋아하는 까다로운 우리엄마와 아이들이 아주 좋아한 숙소였습니다!! 다시 지우펀에 가도 다시 묵고 싶은 곳입니다!!

조식 가정식 잘 나온다고해서 갔는데 정말 크게 실망했어요 여태 묶었던곳 중 젤 실망했던곳ㅡ 1박에 25만원 넘게 결제한거같은데 사진과 다른곳으로 이동해서 2층방에 트윈룸이긴한데, 정말 지저분하고 반지하로 내려가는 곳이었음ㅡ 조식 먹을때 사과받고 좀 나아지긴했는데 그래도 재방문의사없음

オーナーのおばさまがとても親切でした。 英語と翻訳機を使って色々とお話ししてくれました。 手作りの朝食は素朴な味で、とても美味しかったです。 僕たちが泊まった部屋は、本館(？)から歩いて10分弱の離れたところにありましたが、町の外れで静かに過ごせてよかったです。 紹介してもらった部屋の近くのおすすめレストランも美味しかったです。
