Poor for the price

Paid $2,014.00 for 4 nights, so quite high expectations. Good - Great Location and View over the lake. Bad - Main bed, worst ever! hard as a rock, extremely uncomfortable. Sofa Bed damaged (Bent) and not flat to sleep on, mate slept on floor (Scheduled for replacement apparently) No Smart TV, has DVD player and DVD's supplied. Cant even watch Snowy Mountains TV Channel. What year is it now? requires updating ASAP for the price of this unit. Toilet Leaked and woke everyone up refilling several times on first night, very noisy until tap to toilet turned off each night after. Hot water very noisy when tap/s turned on. I wouldn't stay here again.

Great location! uncomfortable old spring beds

We stayed for 2 nights and headed to Thredbo both days. Upon arrival the unit was clean and warm and in a great location. It wasn't until bed time we noticed the terrible old spring mattresses. 1 of the most uncomfortable sleeps i have had. Both the Queen bed and double sofa were of similar quality. My friend resulted to sleeping on the floor with cushions from the couch as this was comfier than the beds. After spending $1100 for 2 nights you would expect to at least have a comfortable bed.

Good value and met our needs

On arrival the unit was clean and whilst new sheets were on the beds, we found the doonah covers to be dirty. A call to the booking office had a staff member arrive within 30 minutes with fresh covers. We also had some car trouble and were easily accommodated with a delayes checkout - many thanks

Good location but noisy room

Good: Horizon is well located in Jindabyne. Great to have swimming pool & game room Under cover parking Bad: This apartment's heater and hot water tap was very noisy. Heater was also off from 10am-2pm so having my mom who had to stay home for a day was very uncomfortable for being so cold.
