Communication was good, house was clean and spacious.Master bath could really use a curtain on the window. The sun is shocking first thing in morning. Molding could be updated.Pool temp was great but not all jets work and the pool tools need updating (faded and broken). Mgmt advised during stay.Conveniently close to Siesta Key without the congestion."

"GREAT rental property....clean and well maintained home. We had one concerning issue with no air conditioning upon arrival, but our host immediately got someone to fix it within a few hours (and on a Sunday!) Great fenced in yard for privacy, and home is in a great location. We would definitely rent from this host again when visiting. Small suggestion: interior entry rug at front door would help keep floors clean during stays. Thanks for a great stay!"
