"The condo was very clean and a great place to relax. Beach can be seen from our balcony and was a very quick walk once out the door. Beach chairs and Umbrella both available - charge for umbrella. Condo had everything we needed for our week stay. Close to restaurants - walking distance or can take a trolley. Totally enjoyed our stay and would come back to this condo again. Ruth and Angelo very easy to communicate with - with instant response the few times we had questions."

"We absolutely love staying here! This is our third trip back and we always have a great experience. The place is always clean and puts you right in the beach mood. The pool is clean, and the ocean is absolutely amazing. We make sure to make it out every night to see the sunset, then have plenty of time to go back and have an easy walk across the street to get something to eat for dinner or head to the ice cream shop. We are able to get everywhere we want to go without driving. Within walking distance is a grocery store, restraunts that are fantastic, and so much more. When we want to go to downtown Siesta Key we jump on the trolley or nearest Frog Hop and are there in minutes. The owner is always quick to respond to any question we have, and gives suggestions for great places to eat and fun things to do. We cannot wait to come back! Thank you for sharing your beachfront getaway with us!"

"We have rented different units with Sunnyside Properties several times and have never been disappointed. This unit at Crescent Arms was no exception. It was immaculate and well appointed. This time we had a couple maintenance issues, no fault of Lisa and Dan, but their maintenance person responded very quickly and had them resolved while we were out enjoying the beach! I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again or any of Sunnyside properties. Thanks again for another fantastic “home away from home”!"
