Beachfront Luxury Renovated Condo Directly On the Gulf

Look no further, you have found your Luxurious Penthouse Condo Rental at 705N in Crescent Arms! Located directly on the sparkling white sandy beach of Crescent Beach. Feel confident booking my unit for your vacation. When you arrive at my condo, if it's not perfect and exactly as it is listed, I will do what ever it takes to make your stay extraordinary. My cleaning staff follows the CDC guidelines for cleaning, and I have allocated enough time in between guests checking in and out of my condo to thoroughly disinfect and clean the condo. The condo is completely renovated with all new kitchen appliances, and cabinets, new living room and bedroom furniture, solid core doors and freshly painted throughout, as well as updated/renovated bathrooms. It's beautifully appointed and absolutely immaculately clean! I don't treat my condo as a rental, which means I purchase items like bedding that I would want as if I lived there every day.
The condo has Saatva mattresses, pillow toppers and pillows on all of my beds to give you an amazing nights sleep. I can't tell you how many guests text me after their stay asking me where they can purchase the bedding for their home because they had such a wonderful sleep experience!
Another amenity you won't find in many condo's on Siesta Key is carpet! Would you have tile on every floor in your house? Then don't settle for cold tiled floors for your vacation retreat!
The condo also comes with a third twin bed, and fits perfectly between the current twin beds. Or pull the two twin beds together, and with a specially made harness that keeps the beds together while covering up the gap, you have a comfortable queen bed!
Have Kids? The flat screen TV's in each bedroom, as well as in the living room will keep them busy when you are looking for some down time. The XBox gaming system is a complete hit with the kids, and lets parents unwind quietly! (Can you tell I have two boys) :)

XBox Gaming System: Condo comes with an XBox gaming system and 15 games. There are a variety of games for all ages.
There are two coin operated washers and dryers in a separate room just outside my unit door. If there were any closer, they would be in my unit!

This was the best place for us to stay on Siesta Key! The condo is very well appointed and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy and so was the living room furniture. The beach is excellent- the sand is like soft sugar. The beach is also very wide so there was lots of room. It never felt crowded. The washer and dryer are right next door and that was very convenient. Just a great place for us!!

Perfect Vacay for Family!

This unit is exactly as advertised. The location was easy to access the beach, public transportation and an easy walk to coffee shops, markets, and ice cream parlors. We will definitely be looking to book this same unit in future trips to Siesta Key.

To start off Parking is right in front of condos which was great. There are carts to take your stuff up in the elevator. The condo is on the 7th floor. So noone above us. It was super quiet the whole time we was there. I love that it is gated and the beach is private. The enclosed lanai was super nice to have. The kitchen was nice with everything we needed to cook with. The couch is comfortable. We had air conditioning set to 70 most of the time and it kept very cool. Sometimes we had to put it on 72 so we weren't so chilly. And the master bedroom is nice. The bed is super comfy. Ive never laid on a softer bed. Everything is so nice inside the condo. I've stayed in several and this one is one of my top faves. The beach is steps from the condo. Gary is super nice and responded quickly when i needed anything. I give a 10/10 and will definitely stay here every time i come to sarasota.

Fantastic Siesta Key Stay

Right on the beach. Walking distance to restaurants. Convenient parking. Well equipped kitchen. Great communication with owner. There were 4 adults and it had adequate space. More than that might be a bit tight.

Girls trip!

This property was amazing!! It was very clean, well put together, everything we needed was available! Gary was very responsive and pays attention to detail. The beds were very comfortable and the carpet was amazing!! The instructions were the best I’ve ever seen. We didn’t have any issues with getting beach chairs but it was off season. Loved the short walk to stores, restaurants and bars. We will rent from Gary again!!

A Little Slice of Paradise

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Gary's condo. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location can't be beat. The only suggestion I have is adding some black out drapes, otherwise no complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is well taken care of. It is spacious, clean, comfortable and right on the water. The owner is great, he answered us very quick and was able to help us right away with anything we needed. I will be definitely coming back, my family and I had a very pleasant stays. Excellent condo on Crescent Beach, Siesta Key

We had a great week in Siesta Key. The owner, Gary, is so easy to work with. Anything we had a question about, he was right there to help. The condo's location is excellent, couple of steps to the beach. So clean, so well equipped! We used the mattress harness to make the 2 twin beds into a king bed. This was very comfortable - better than I expected. Beds, pillows, and linens were very comfortable as well. Great place!

Fantastic location and owner

We appreciated the great communication and support from Gary and his property manager. They go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The condo is a great location with views of beautiful sunrises in the morning and a quick walk to the beach for gorgeous sunsets. One of our daughters saw a large seahorse during a sunrise walk. Our family of five was comfortable in Gary’s condo and had everything we needed to cook for the week. We hope we get the opportunity to stay again in this slice of paradise.

Week in Paradise

My husband, daughter and I spent an incredible week at Gary's condo. The condo had everything one would need for an amazing vacation - the beds were so comfy, and he provided all of the necessities (beach towels, stocked kitchen, soaps, etc).The condo is located directly on the beach! The sand is like powder and there were always available chairs. We enjoyed our days swimming, relaxing, and taking walks on the beach! We also enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets.We had a rental car, but the condo is within walking distance to the Crescent Beach Market and Captain Curt's. There are trolleys that can bring you to the village. The area was awesome!But, without a doubt, the best part of the experience was Gary. He truly is a host that takes a lot of pride in providing his guests with an amazing vacation!We will definitely return in the future!
