"The staff were all excellent, love the property, lounge areas, bar, restaurant roof top pool. Food and drinks in the hotel were great and reasonably priced. Only complaint is, they allow any random person to walk in off the street and use an elevator that does not require a room key, to pool and sun deck area, which is already small, with very few, uncomfortable "loungers", so that was pretty frustrating. "

"Excellent séjour d’une nuit à l’hôtel Central à Zagreb ! Le personnel à l’accueil est vraiment gentil, nous avons (gracieusement) reçu la chambre quelques heures avant ce qui était un grand plus. La chambre était très confortable et la salle de bain propre et bien équipée. La chambre était face à la rue ce qui faisait en sorte que nous entendions les tramways passer même avec les fenêtres fermées, cependant, cela ne nous a pas dérangé. L’hôtel est grand sur plusieurs étages. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent avec un choix varié offert, une grande salle ainsi que beaucoup de places assises. C’est vraiment super que l’hôtel soit situé directement en face de la gare de train et devant la station de tramway où la majorité des lignes passent par là-bas. L’hôtel est donc vraiment dans une position centrale."
