"The cleanliness and hospitality was top tier. I’ve been around Kobe for a long time, and have been wondering how good this historic hotel was, and they did not disappoint my expectations."

"This place has the most unique happy hour..... essentially it is a free of charge happy hour with free wine and liquor and snacks in the lobby/restaurant area! The staff even say you can bring some snacks and a drink to your hotel room!
Very helpful staff. "

"Clean facilities and rooms. Conveniently located (in walking distance) to train & bus station and a variety of dining and shopping. Staff were friendly and helpful. We got to the hotel early and was able to store our luggage and explore the area for a few hrs before checkin. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! "
"We loved this hotel! The minions theming was so fun and it was in such a handy place for universal and city walk. The rooms were a very generous size for Japan and the check in process was very straightforward. I would really recommend if you’re visiting universal Japan! "
