"This Guest house is a real gem! More like a boutique hotel. Our room was spacious, warm and beautifully decorated. Excellent shower with lots of hot water and great pressure! Bed was super comfortable. The Owners and staff were very helpful and friendly :) The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. Perfect location in Old town. Parking very close by. "I recently stayed in the two-bedroom apartment at Rocklands Holiday Park in Hastings, and it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, Joan was incredibly helpful, warm, and welcoming, which made settling in so much easier.The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and really felt like a home away from home. The facilities were excellent, and having a laundry on-site was incredibly convenient during my stay. I was travelling alone due to the passing of my uncle, and throughout my time there, I felt completely safe and at ease.I highly recommend Rocklands Holiday Park to anyone visiting the area. When my husband and I return to Hastings, we will definitely stay here again.Thank you. "

"We had such a lovely stay - the hosts were accommodating and friendly and the property was cosy, homely and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed sitting in the garden in the autumn mornings, which felt like a sanctuary - listening to the birds and enjoying the plants and trees. The gas fire in the living room was warming in the evenings. Beds were comfy, space was clean and it's a lovely location up on a hill, an enjoyable 15-20 minute ramble into Hastings Old Town."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this spacious and comfortable home, which was well-suited for our larger group. The garden was a particular highlight, offering ample space and the added delight of fresh fruit to pick. The location is great, being within a short walking distance of the beach and sea (20mins). The property was generally tidy, there were a few spiderwebs which luckily didn't have any spiders. If these were removed it would enhance the experience. Parking proved somewhat challenging on the recommended road due to its narrowness, especially with an SUV and two vehicles. Consequently, we opted to park around the corner, where it was more convenient and felt safer.In summary, we enjoyed our stay and found the location to be great. "
