This penthouse apartment is on the exclusive Golden Beach 2 development with attractive communal pools and
established tropical gardens. It has been well furnished and provides a lovely relaxing environment.
This spacious 2nd floor penthouse apartment offers magnificent views over the gardens and pools. The ground floor of the
penthouse comprises of an entrance hallway, lounge/dining room which has 2 sets of patio doors leading out onto the patio
with dining space for 6 people. The patio has splendid pool views. On this floor there is also a twin bedroom, a family
bathroom along with the fully equipped kitchen. On the 1st floor is the master bedroom with a full en-suite and patio, the 2nd
twin bedroom and a shower room. There are 2 further open terraces on this floor ideal for sun-bathing and relaxing. The

Comfortable, spacious family friendly apartment

We had a wonderful time staying in the Soli Villas. The apartment is extremely spacious, with a lovely sunny balcony overlooking the communal pool and gardens. The apartment was comfortable and clean and the air conditioning worked really well (important as it was very hot in June!). When we had a problem with the TV someone came and fixed it promptly. There is secure underground parking for one car as well. The communal pool is right on the doorstep and there is a handy little/shallow pool for kids as well. The apartment is positioned within a short walk of the clean, family friendly beach. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes on the beachfront. The apartment is also a short drive from Xabia’s beautiful old town. We had a wonderful time and would recommend it for those who are looking for some relaxing Spanish sunshine.
