"Great location, great vibe in the hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff, and all in one location for convenience. It's also a great location for me, near Gare de Lyon, and it gave me access to all of Paris via the metro, which was clean, safe, and easy to use. I'll definitely come back to this hotel and location. Thanks for making my stay so great."

"Small room. Very simple. No refrigerator, no safety box. I initially stayed on first floor, room 112. I was disturbed all night for mysterious sounds from above and outside. The hotel changed the room for me to 5th floor. It's better."

"Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Roubaix. My room was clean and comfortable and the location couldn’t have been better…perfect for getting around and exploring the area. The decor was interesting and fun and gave the whole place a unique lively vibe. A special mention to the lobby pups…they were such a charming touch and made coming and going even more enjoyable. The hot showers were excellent (always appreciated after a long day!), and the staff were consistently helpful and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again "

"Amazing location ! Beautiful interior. The exterior was being renovated, so it was understandably a little in a disarray. My family ( all women ) felt extremely safe in and around this hotel. Very modern, clean updated rooms with incredible views ! Incredible roof top bar as well. Great restaurants near by. 10/10"

"No AC was available. You have to open window to keep temperature in room down. Location is great with metro around the corner."

"The main concern is the stairs to go to main bed. Extremely dangerous. There is a sofa bed down stairs but is super uncomfortable. Body towels were smelly to cigarettes. And there was a mouse in the kitchen and spiders in the toilet. I ask the owner if I can cancel second night because it was too dangerous to go upstairs and even worst with a toddler. The solution he gave me was not to go upstairs and use the sofa to sleep. Told him about the smelly towels, and said that i was lying. Definitely not recommending this place. First time that I made bad review on a stay."

"La Limpieza 9.5/10 en general incluyendo pasillos y habitaciones. Pequeños detalles. Pero en general el location fue exceptional. La comodidad para mi familia extraordinario. Restaurant, supermercados, shopping a menos de 5 min caminando. La vista hermosa. El hotel fue clave para tener una experiencia unica en Paris. Lo recomiendo y regresaria. La cocina fue un PLUS!"

"The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, so the exterior was not very appealing. We stayed on the first floor, and unfortunately the view from our window was disappointing—it overlooked a lower rooftop that had visible garbage. That said, the room itself was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the lounge was decent. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel, but a key drawback—at least for our room—was the unpleasant window view."
