"This is an acceptable travel hotel in central location. We did not think it was worth the price at all and were disappointed. Clean inside. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was really awful. You should note that the larger family rooms are actually two tiny rooms connected by a strange little foyer with its own door. The heavy fire doors do not prop open, so this would be very annoying with small kids. Staff said they would try to prop doors and then never came back. It’s a fine hotel, but pictures and price make it appear much more luxurious than it is. Lots of construction right in front of hotel. Great location. "

"Cons: The shower was a bit tricky to figure out, the heater only blew cold air and overall the room could use some updating. Pros: Location, Location, Location- we walked to most of the must see locations! Laundromat just 109 yards away. Great restaurants and bars all within walking distance!"

"This hotel was conveniently located near La Rambla and not far from the Cathedral of Barcelona. The lobby was spacious and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good in a large and comfortable dining room. Locals indicated the area might be a little dicey at night, but we dined at one of the nearby restaurants and did our strolling during daylight hours. It is not close to some of the big attractions, e.g., Sagrada Familia or other Gaudi works of art, but cabs were plentiful and reasonable in price."
