"I liked the hotel the location the price was reasonable in general all good"

"Péssimo hotel, as roupas de camas estavam sujas o banheiro estava com os produtos de higiene pessoal vazio. A comida no restaurante é horrível quando eu digo horrível não estou exagerando, almocei lá aí na janta preferi passar fome do que voltar lá. Os funcionários não são prestativos, eu pedi uma banana pra dar para o meu nenê porque ele não pode comer a mesma fruta que já está lá cortada por conta de alergias, a moça fez careta enquanto falava com a colega de trabalho sobre a minha solicitação. No final comprei frutas fui pedir uma faca e um garfo emprestado pra poder cortar as frutas, adivinha.. eles não oferecem. Ninguém lá tá nem aí pra vc. Sem contar que não tem um mercadinho perto. O hotel é terrível e a localização pior ainda. Não vale a pena ir nem pra passar algumas horas!! Procure outro, foi traumatizante!! "

Late night or early morning, quality food was always available. 4. Rooms & Bathrooms: Spacious, luxurious, and impeccably designed. The bathrooms are some of the most generous I've seen in any hotel worldwide. I super recommend Rosewood São Paulo to anyone visiting. It's not just a hotel, it's an experience. We will definitely be back."

"The hotel is good pretty very well located and staff is friendly however the size of the room is unaceptable they are ridiculous small no even a closet or little table to place your belonging and luggage bed also extremelly small in reality children beds."
