"This hotel was a great find! I really enjoyed staying here. The room is really big compared to other properties in Seoul. Very clean with daily housekeeping. The bathroom is beautiful, with separate shower and a very large bathtub. The king size bed (very rare in Seoul) was super comfortable. The area is amazing with lots of restaurants, convenience stores and shopping nearby. Only 5 min walk to two metro stations and 20 mins to Gangnam and 30 mins to Myeongdong. "Liked my stay at Lotte City Hotel especially it is near the subway station. If there is one thing i will not forget, it is the staff ( especially the concierge who were always smiling and happy to get me a taxi/uber) And a 7-11 that is connected to the hotel helps a lot.I wish breakfast was part of the hotel stay but it does not change my opinion that i will stay here again if i go back to Seoul."

"Everything was fine but we got there 9am the next morning so we only had a few hours to enjoy hotel. Breakfast ended 10a and we wanted to take coffee or some food out to tour and i was told we cannot. Not even coffee so that was onky issue. So paid fpr food and couldn't eat or take anything. Other hotels offer that. "

"It didn’t feel as clean or polished as I expected for a five-star hotel, which was a bit disappointing. I was also unhappy that the sauna required an additional fee, and that the room wasn’t ready on time. Although they apologized for the delay, I appreciated that they helped upgrade me to a room with a Han River view, and overall I was satisfied with that part even though check-in was a little late. The lounge also had less food than I expected, and they didn’t really have the snacks I like. I could see myself visiting again, but considering the price, I’m not sure if I would choose to stay there again."

"We had to wait 2 hours for checkin. I know the check in time is 3 pm, but there are always some rooms that are ready earlier. Then at 3pm there were many people checking in at the same time. I liked the location. Airport limusine in front of the hotel for 18000 won. one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. we paid a higher price with expedia, but the room was on the 11th floor with a nice view. we did not have time for breakfast unfortunatelly. There was some renovation gaing on in the foyer when we were there. "
