The staff is very friendly and the rooms are always on point plus they always have some sort of event happening which is great! I absolutely LOVE their new coffee machine!!! It is awesome! "We arrived in the middle of the night and staff was attentive and helpful. They were able to accommodate a room change (double bed instead of a king) at no charge. The valet was very kind, and the breakfast manager was very engaging with all guests (he even called my father “young man” which we loved!). Service was great."
