"Air conditioning not working 3/5 -upside- fun and great views, breakfast was yummy, cookies wonderful, fun happy hour with fun wine. I loved the ride/beach chairs/umbrella. Loved that the balcony was screened in to keep out the bugs. Downfall- The AC was out down stairs and all that was said was “AC is out downstairs…sorry” on a sign on the front desk. "This is a great little spot in the heart of downtown Charleston. The room is well appointed with a lot of thoughtful inclusions (water, coffee, glasses, microwave etc.) and really comfortable furniture. We really enjoyed our stay. "

Harborside at Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina

10/10 Excellent

"Beautiful location on the harbor. You have access to the pool next door at the Beach Club, which is very nice and has great views. The place itself is clean, with a friendly staff, but the Harbor Resort is in desperate need of a paint job and some upkeep. It's one thing for the rooms to look dated, but it seems lazy to have AC vents falling off and paint chipping everywhere. That said, we would go back again because we got a nice deal."
