"Cool hotel. Great design. Better than other Lower Eastside hotels (Standard, Sixty LES) by a long shot for similar rates. Awesome public areas with people hanging out, chatting, laptopping, including a great outdoor garden space."

"I choose Riu for all of my Caribbean all inclusive as so I thought this would be a win. We had a very nice room, a little odd that the queens were pushed together for a friend visit, but luckily we are close. We didn’t spend much time in the room, so it fit what we needed. The only disappointment was, that there is a Dunkin’ Donuts directly across the street and if you go there and bring it back to sit in the lobby, you get kicked out of the “dining” area and sent to the lobby where you are...

They made sure to provide us all details upfront for our stay and also for the discounted parking. Location is great and convenient to many subway lines running through lower Manhattan all the way through the city. Would recommend and stay again"
