"Beautiful area, amazing food, the hot springs out in nature are great. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the whole experience is amazing. Worth it even if it's just one night."

"They gave me a late checkout (2 hours extension) for no additional charge. Staff tried to talk in English with me, and was very helpful. Breakfast was amazing also, and very cheap! The room is very spacious. Some things seem a bit old, and the red light in the bathroom did not work. But it was a nice stay, would probably do it again in the future!"

"Most memorable stay of our trip. Thereโs a shuttle service from the station which was very helpful and makes commute easy. All the staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. The private onsen in the room was lovely. Kaiseki dinner and Japanese breakfast were excellent. We had a very lovely stay here and would highly recommend. "

"Nice hotel. Loved the dance show. The staff were absolutely fantastic, very welcoming and helpful. I had lost my camera in a taxi and they went out of their way to find the taxi company and arrange for my camera to be delivered. So grateful to them!"
