"Room was clean, comfortable beds, however there was a smell of tobacco smoke when we first walked in. We ask for a non smoking room when we booked. We contacted the front desk and a lady came up to the room and said she smelled it also. We just didn't want to be charged our deposit thinking we did it. They were very nice and offered to move us to another room, but we declined thinking with the ac/heat circulating would help and it did. Overall they were very accommodating and nice. The breakfast was good also, scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, however were out of biscuits when I was there, but I'm sure they making more but I didn't have time to wait. "

"This is a cute little house. It was clean and the beds were comfy. I got locked out due to a miscommunication with the property manager. My pet was inside. Property manager was more focused on incorrectly charging me a late checkout fee then helping me get to my pet. Would love to stay here again. Needs a new property manager though"

"This house was absolutely perfect for a rental spot for Little Rock. The host was attentive, fast to respond and more than welcoming as a host! The house is amazing and very very relaxing! The hot tub was the cherry on top! The location was super convenient no matter which part of Little Rock you need to get to. I am from Arkansas it live in Texas now so finding something nice, convenient, comfortable, AND SAFE was my goal, all were met perfectly! Definitely recommend and it was the perfect place of our family. "

"At 1st Glance it is a HIDDEN GEM… not clean front yard and especially the back yard… there was a dead cock roach inside the fridge… and overall the inside of the home was clean. The home is by far the most comfortable roomy place I’ve ever stayed in ARKANSAS. My dad loved loved loved the place and didn’t care of how unclean the outside front or back yard areas were. The house was truly a welcoming home filled environment… my dad Father’s Day weekend was a success as he love the house sooo much it made us all extra happy! So thank you for such wonderful experience!"
