"Room was clean, comfortable beds, however there was a smell of tobacco smoke when we first walked in. We ask for a non smoking room when we booked. We contacted the front desk and a lady came up to the room and said she smelled it also. We just didn't want to be charged our deposit thinking we did it. They were very nice and offered to move us to another room, but we declined thinking with the ac/heat circulating would help and it did. Overall they were very accommodating and nice. The breakfast was good also, scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, however were out of biscuits when I was there, but I'm sure they making more but I didn't have time to wait. "

"This is a cute little house. It was clean and the beds were comfy. I got locked out due to a miscommunication with the property manager. My pet was inside. Property manager was more focused on incorrectly charging me a late checkout fee then helping me get to my pet. Would love to stay here again. Needs a new property manager though"

"The property was in an great location. Very safe neighborhood. Only saw nurses walking to and from the hospital. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies.would recommend."

"This place was the perfect location...quiet, located close to fun activities to go do with the grandkids, well-stocked, clean. "

"We needed a rental due to a family member having surgery in Lt. Rock. We live three hours away. This little apartment is simple and clean. It had the amenities needed during our stay. The pictures of the apartment are a little different from what you see when you walk in. It is plain with minimal decorations or furniture. The couch is comfortable.The living area would have been more comfortable if there had been a couple of living room chairs since there were four of us. There is a bar height table and two stools for dining needs. The queen beds are comfortable. TVs in the bedrooms would be a nice addition for people who enjoy watching movies while lying in bed.The apartment is stocked with nice towels and bed linens. The shower has good pressure. The location of the apartment was great for access to the hospital. It is close to the interstate so there is road noise but this is to be expected. We would rent this place again. It met our needs very well."

"Overall the property was newly remodeled and clean. Everything worked as it should. Beds upstairs, living down. The property manager communicated very clearly (likely the best we have experienced in the US). The only thing that bothered us was it smelled like smoke from the neighboring tenant’s cigarette being drawn through the A/C unit when they stood outside. If you need access to UAMS long term it would be the perfect spot as it is directly across the street and an easy walk. "

"This place was centrally located and very close to everything I needed. The room had everything I needed as well and was very comfortable. There can be some noise from the road or if there are people above you, but it’s pretty easy to drown out. Would definitely stay again. "
