"I don't know where the people stayed who left your glowing reviews, but it was NOT at this establishment. Front desk was closed at 10 when we came back from a movie so we couldn't get any kind of help. The phone number on the receipt was disconnected. The phone in the room had no cord, the TV would not come on, the bed was awful, the hallways smelled!! We were expecting a nice Vrbo experience, NOT a low rent national chain. "We needed a rental due to a family member having surgery in Lt. Rock. We live three hours away. This little apartment is simple and clean. It had the amenities needed during our stay. The pictures of the apartment are a little different from what you see when you walk in. It is plain with minimal decorations or furniture. "I liked that the location was near the Fairgrounds. There was very limited space for parking and there were many vehicles parked where they could find a spot. Luckily I found a space along the edge but others I’m not sure where they would park."
