Staff followed up after registration to make sure that we were satisfied. The hotel room was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was very plentiful and free! We stayed at nearby hotel, the last time we were in town and that hotel charged $15 per person. Their breakfast was not worth the extra charge. Recommend this hotel!

Clean room. There was a microwave, fridge, plates, cups, cutlery, a dishwasher, etc. Breakfast was really good. But they did not provide body lotion or shower caps.

Highly recommend!! The hotel was clean, our room was clean and the kitchen was fantastic. It was stocked with good quality utensils, plates, mugs for coffee and glass cups! Great touch and absolutely appreciated! Now let me tell you about the breakfast! WHAT IS GOING ON HERE! This is the best hotel breakfast I have ever had while traveling! They have real eggs, sausage patties that are not grease bombs and really good waffle mix! The only thing missing was gravy for the biscuits! So good! Over all our stay was great!

It was a good visit the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was just fine although I'd suggest anyone bring a pillow from home unless you like yours very flat. I was only there for one night but i did not encounter any issues. I recommend this hotel as it is in a great location and meets all basic needs.

Great hot breakfast. Very clean room. Wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable, staff. Room was modern and up to date. Hot water in the shower. Fan in the bathroom. Good location - lots of restaurants and shopping around. Convenient location. I traveled back and forth to Hot Springs daily and it was an easy commute.
