"Rooms outdated. Pluming problems. Old sheets. Remote control problems. Nobody speak Spanish or English. Service was good in cafeteria. Pictures lied. On the web shows a 4-start hotel, it needs a correction. Not even a 1 start hotel. Pricy considering the hotel "

"Very good, I give to Hotel staff 5 stars, they are very helpful, kind and ready for help. Fabiana from Reception is outstanding Also gentleman from parking lot and “ blonde lady “ from housekeeping are outstanding. "

"My room was like a small loft apartment. Pros: The hotel was conveniently located and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. The pool and fitness facilities were good. The free breakfast was plentiful and had a nice variety of food. Cons: The laundry machine was moldy and dirty. The kitchen had only 2 glasses and no dish soap, so I couldn’t wash anything."
