"It's a great stay and we were able to have a good view of fuji when at the rooftop and managed to get footbath done at the same time. The hot spring and breakfast is also good experience for us. We really enjoyed our stay there. There's free parking available too with 1 linked to the hotel and another just next door."

"No physical interaction with the staff except thru online chat. Check-in and check-out was easy, but the earliest check-in time is at 3pm and you will not be allowed to check-in anytime earlier. The room was spacious and clean."
