"We stayed for 2 nights. Hotel is walking distance from the train station which is convenient. You are able to rent a bike for free! So much fun. Great amenities. Staff are so kind, nice and very helpful. They also speak English. There is Lawson next to the hotel so you can easily walk over there to buy snacks and drinks. We enjoyed it and highly recommend it! 2. Location 100/100 to be next to Kyoto Tower, rented our Kimono there and walkable to beautiful temple and places!
3. The onsen is good too, I particularly like the one with ice neck rest, 10-20mins only.
4. BREAKFAST is the highest standard for Japanese breakfast! Has Sashimi and all options!
5. Evening supper 9-11pm Ramen is good too, hearty

"The Hyatt is conveniently located not far from a JR Sunday line from where one can reach almost all interesting locations in Kyoto. The rooms are well designed, clean and quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The Japanese restaurant is nice and provides good food & good & friendly service but it is expensive compared to restaurants at the Ponto-cho. If one has a car parking is provided on site for a fee. My wife and I staid for 6 nights and we liked the hotel."
