"The ryokan and the area surrounding it was absolutely beautiful. The staff are very kind and will take the time to assist as much as possible, even with the language barrier. Breakfast and dinner is included. A free shuttle is available for pickup/dropoff between 2 stations at certain times, inquire when making the reservations. "The biggest challenge was navigating Osaka's metro to arrive at the hotel. But once, we arrived, the stay was very enjoyable and from there, it was very easy to reach KIX. "We were in transit to go to Kyushu the next day very early in the morning. We checked into this place late at night. We shared one room with four people. So basically we slept on futon Matts. But it was clean n no issues except shared bathroom required some waiting time. Other than that we were comfortable. "
