This is a well maintained 4 bedroom/2.5 bath colonial in Northeast Ithaca. This 2300 sq. ft. home opens into a lovely foyer adjoined by a spacious living room that opens to a formal dining room. Our home has a spacious large eat-in kitchen with sitting area and fireplace. Off the kitchen is a light-filled second family room with cathedral ceilings that open up to an expansive back deck. Our home has central heating and cooling, an attached two-car garage, and a finished basement. Our home is right around the corner from the Northeast Elementary School with a playground, basketball court, and soccer field. It is a 5-minute drive (~10-minute bike ride) to Cornell University.
