Beautiful house with 4 suites, pool and barbecue

House divided into two blocks, the garage closed front with stone wall for 3 cars. Living room with two rooms and high ceilings and dining room with recessed ceiling and slate floor. Spacious kitchen with pantry.
Oval pool with wooden deck and beautiful and spacious terrace with barbecue, terrace all built with eucalyptus logs treated and slate floors.
After the terrace are the four suites and large closet, all with closet of the highest quality and slate floors and ceiling fans. The suites have an independent terrace with exit to the garden.

Simplesmente maravilhosa, viajei com minha família de base e todos amaram, Estrutura da casa atendendo a todas as necessidades, não precisa levar nada além de roupas de cama, mesa e banho, pois a casa dispõe de tudo. Muito bom

Já havia alugado este imóvel anteriormente. A casa está modernizada (área da churrasqueira e frente). Muito confortável. Se algo pode ser melhorado, é a instalação de uma ducha na entrada da casa, assim evita-se que se atravesse a sala para limpar os pés da areia da praia.

Frustante

fiz a reserva da casa e fiz a transferência de um valor a proprietária da casa , mas infelizmente aconteceu um imprevisto familiar e não conseguimos ir , conversei com a proprietária da casa pedindo o retorno do valor transferido , para ser devolvido a um familiar que iria , a mesma de inicio se recusou a transferi o dinheiro , dizendo que ficaria como credito caso eu quisesse esta indo a casa , mas expliquei para ela que o dinheiro seria devolvido a pessoa que fazeria parte da visita , enfim depois de muito questionar e esta no meu direito de querer o dinheiro de volta , a proprietária foi muito grossa comigo mas me disse que faria o deposito na segunda feira no caso dia 26 e depois disso me bloqueou no whats , e tambem não me transferiu o dinheiro , então venho aqui deixar minha indignação com a senhora Karin que de inicio foi bem educada , mas depois foi bem grossa , vou procura meus direitos e espero que ela entre em contato comigo e faça a transferência do dinheiro .

Casa muito limpa,espaçosa, bem cuidada, ótimos quartos ,cozinha funcional com todos os utensílios, a piscina é muito boa. D.Beta, a caseira, muito prestativa. A negociação foi fácil e rápida com D. Karin, sempre atenciosa. Voltaremos mais vezes!!!! Super recomendo esse imóvel.

ÓTIMA CASA

A casa da Karin é linda, muito espaçosa, ambientes muito bem divididos, piscina linda e muito próximo da praia. Fomos viajar em um grupo de amigos e todos gostaram muito, os caseiros foram muito atenciosos e prestativos. A casa é muito aconchegante e completa. O espaço da churrasqueira é muito bom, com mesas e cadeiras. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Voltaremos em breve.

Passei um final de semana com minha familia a casa é maravilhosa limpa e com muito espaço, é de total segurança,caseiros prestativos. Os moveis sofá,cama e colchoes e travesseiros limpos. Os utensilios de cozinha tem tudo bem organizado e limpo. Os armarios conservados a casa é bem localizada proximo de comercio e praia...A propietaria realmente se preoculpa em oferecer um ambiente de qualidade para quem esta alugando.
