Horrible smell
We were given a filthy room The tub smelled like is someone had defecated on the floor. In fact the whole room smelled very bad. We requested a diferent room and were told that we will get another room only after they checked to see if in fact our room smelled bad. We finally were given another room after two hours. It was an unpleasant experience.

Sem estacionamento e sem aviso previo
Todos da recepção sao maravilhosos, porem o hotel estava em reforma e ficamos 2 dias tendo que estacionar na rua e só nos foi informado no segundo dia de estadia. Outro ponto que na ultima noite o ar condicionado do quarto parou e para nao ter que fazer toda troca de quarto na ultima noite nos ofereceram manter as coisas no quarto que ja estavamos e dormir em outro, porem as 7h30 da manha interfonaram em um quarto e quando atendemos desligaram, a arrumadeira no mesmo momento foi no outro batendo no quarto falando que precisava arrumar, afinal iamos sair naquele dia (detalhe que o check-out é as 12hs e nao as 8hs), falamos que ainda estavamos dormindo, ela retornou as 8h00 perguntando se ja tinhamos acordado e ela podia arrumar, falamos que ainda não e proximo das 9h00 ela retornou. Realmente foi uma sensação de expulsao e incomodou muuuuito
