Great Location and Very Clean

Positive thoughts: The staff were very helpful, and the price is excellent considering the location. Breakfast was also good – I especially enjoyed the filtered coffee. Things to improve: The ventilation/extraction system is a bit noisy, which can affect the comfort of the stay. Another area that could be improved is the restaurant. I tried the chicken and the burger, choosing the simplest dishes, but unfortunately they were disappointing. The burger was undercooked, lacked flavor, and was quite oily, while the fries were not up to standard. With some adjustments in the kitchen and attention to food quality, this hotel could easily elevate the overall guest experience. Please give proper real napkins to your guests, not that thin paper that looks like parchment paper or food truck paper.

Disappointing, won’t stay again and won’t recommen

It took about 45 minutes to check in. There was someone else’s hair in the bathroom sink. The toilet cover was smaller than the actual toilet. Unable to block sunlight from reaching the room.

Falta de orientação dos funcionários. Ex.: estacionamento sem motorista e não explicam a forma como deixar o carro na garagem e depois como acessar o hotel, além disso, obras até no restaurante, sem proteção (junto as mesas do café), o quarto (escolha de um padrão melhor) e mesmo assim com cortinas soltas em algumas partes/cantos.

A equipe da recepção era pessima. Tanto no Ck in como no Ck out. Falta total de cordialidade. Havia barulho de obra do restaurante do Hotel que perdurou ate as 23 horas ate a minha reclamação. O resturante estava localizado no 2 andar e eu estava no 5 andar e mesmo assim o barulho de furadeira era altissimo. A acustica dos apartamentos tbem é pessima . Da para escutar as conversas nos outros aptos e barulho nos banehiros , sem contar barulho nos corredores. Pessima experiencia.

Tudo ótimo, cama boa, travesseiros bons. Banheiro bom. Limpeza ok. Café da manhã excelente, comida ótimo. Recepção tb. Única coisa foi que cheguei de manhã e minha irmã de noite, foi informado que nossos quartos estavam lado a lado, mesmo andar, quando ela chegou colocaram em andar diferente e que não tinha quarto vago no meu andar. Quando liguei e informei isso liberaram o quarto pra minha irmã. Achei má vontade, mas que bom que deu certo, se não nossa estadia em andares diferentes não teria sido boa, já que minha irmã estava com minha mãe e sobrinha que precisam de ajuda.
