A highly recommend hotel at the best location

A very nice hotel. The location is one of the best in all of Istanbul. Its walking distance to the Galata bridge and Istiklal caddesi. The neighborhood is wonderful and pittoresk with alot of Cafes, restaurants, shops and small bars. However its quiet at around midnight so no problems to sleep. The rooms are quite big and in good condition. The WiFi is fast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and will for sure stay there again next time I visit Istanbul.

We loved our stay at Le Port / Zeno Suites. The staff were polite, management very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and newly refurbished so the first room we got was smelling of paint and they changed us into another room immediately. There were a few occasions where the lift and WiFi weren’t working but they resolved it soon. Only thing that needs improvement is the water gets cold quickly. That needs looking at but overall we loved staying here.

The location is perfect, especially if you are boarding a cruise from Galata port. With plenty of bars, restaurants and and shops around the hotel. Its within walking distance of both the port and some of the great sites around Galata. Although the renovation is not complete the hotel is comfortable and delivers exactly what you paid for. The staff is super friendly and really helpful. A local breakfast was included but offered in a nearby venue as the kitchen renovation was not completed. It was the highlight of my stay. Definitely recommend.

The economic rooms are very small, I didn’t realize I had booked an economic room, Until we got there. It has a full size bed a little too small for 2 persons. Couldn’t get an upgrade for a larger room. It was ok for one night before our flight home.

Çalışanlar çok yardım sever ancak fiyat politikaları ek yatak eklenince karıştı. Check out’ta otele girişte söylenenden daha fazla bir tutar ödemek durumda kaldık. Jeneratör yok, mahallede elektrik kesildi ve uzun süre gelmedi. Bir de wc kapısı sadece paravan gibi düşünebilirsiniz, sürmeli ve her an elinize gelebilir. Oda kapıları da zayıf. Bir iki gece konfor olarak orta ayar ama temiz bir otel arıyorsanız tavsiye ederim. Yeri Karaköy’ün resmen kalbinde. Toplu ulaşım dibinizde. Yine gelir miyim, olabilir.

ACHTUNG Das Hotel ist ein altes, heruntergekommenes Gebäude. Die Zimmer haben teils keine Fenster und wenn sie welche haben, dann gehen sie nicht richtig zu. Es war laut und feucht im Zimmer und es roch ziemlich streng nach Klo. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer, welches noch schrecklicher war. Heizung war defekt, Zimmer feucht, Schimmel in der Dusche, extrem eng, Bett steinhart, Matratzen durchgelegen - alles in allem ein Horror! Die Umgebung ist super, aber wer etwas Standard möchte oder gewohnt ist, der sollte einen großen Bogen um dieses Hotel machen. Ich musste mir aufgrund dieser Tatsachen ein neues Hotel buchen, weil ein Aufenthalt in meines Erachtens unzumutbar ist. Nach einer Beschwerde bei Expedia bekame ich nur eine Rückmeldung, dass das Hotel die Rückerstattung abgelehnt hat. Aufgrund dieser Umstände war der Aufenthalt ziemlich teuer. Dieses Hotel verdient auf keinen Fall die Bewertung, die es hat. Nicht mal Ansatzweise! Bezahlt lieber 100-200 Euro mehr und erspart euch Kopfschmerzen.

Die Lage ist top man kommt mit der Bahn überall hin. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Aufmerksam, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Nur eine kleine Bemerkung wenn man zu zweit ist, ist das Economy Zimmer bzw die Betten etwas klein. Immer wieder gerne komme Ich hier her wirklich top.

Oteli gerçekten çok beğendim oda bence ekonomi sınıfına göre gayet yeterli bir odaydı banyo gereksinimleri hepsi tamdı. Temizliği gayet yeterli sıcak su müthişti. Ich bin positiv überrascht. Die Lage ist top. Nahverkehrsmittel in alle Richtungen sind innerhalb von 3 Minuten erreichbar. Die Lage ist belebt. Unmittelbar vor der Tür sind Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Das Personal und Geschäftsführer sind Mega freundlich und herzlich und hilfsbereit.
