Very friendly and helful front desk and cleaning personnel, I got my room upgraded for free. I liked the freshly renovated rooms, comfortable bed, clean linens and towels, beautiful promenade on Bosphorus with dolphins is very close to the hotel, also there are a lot of nice dinning options for any budget around, it is also very close to all the historical landmarks, just beautiful people and places. I totally recommend!

Recommend it - 10/10

Extremly kind, helpful staff and very good service. Their approach was warming and welcoming. Location is perfect distance to everything, around 10-15 minuates walk. Me myself loved the location since I found Sultanahmet crowded with people - so I needed personal space for the trip. Very calm area and good cafés next to the hotel. The hotel is located 4 minutes from a beautiful water view. I will book this hotel again and recommended if you need a calming space for Istanbul.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The reality is nothing like what is advertised online. The room I was given was much smaller than described, dirty, and in very poor condition. There was mold in the room, the floor was caving in, and overall it felt unsafe and unhygienic. When I raised these issues with the manager, instead of addressing them, he denied everything and was unhelpful. The lack of honesty and professionalism made the experience even worse. Save yourself the stress and disappointment — there are many other hotels in Istanbul that actually deliver on what they promise.

My review

The service was good The cleanliness was ok but the bedsheets, towels, duvets and pillows was old and have some marks on. The rom was very small and also wardrobe it didn't have place for the clothes. Notice: It was to much noise and you can hear everything outside. Also it smells very bad 👎 it was sewage smell all over the rom i could not sleep the night because of this smell. The location was great near everything. Also you have restaurants and cafeterias all over the location. The sultanahmet tram was just 10 min walk🚶‍♂️.
