Easy stay in Istanbul

We really enjoyed our stay here. It suited our needs as young adults who wanted to stay somewhere nice but couldn’t afford somewhere too expensive. The room was simple but perfectly fine—perhaps a lack of storage for luggage and lacking another side table, but the bed was comfortable, there was a tv and a kettle and we appreciated the free bottles of water. The shower and bathroom was nice. We didn’t sample the breakfast but it was handy having a coffee bar downstairs. It’s not in a touristy area but easily accessible by M2 metro and we liked the neighbourhood with lots of shops and bars/ eateries. Staff were very kind and happy to help, excellent customer service. Would stay here again

Incredible! The hotel was amazing, super comfortable, clean, spacious room. The staff of the hotel is the best one I had so far in my hotel stays. Serhat and Burak from the breakfast are the kindest persons in the world, incredible service, always super attentive. Also, Adem was the best guy from the hotel, super helpful and caring. Thank you so much for an incredible experience in Istanbul! We will be back

This hotel has been recently renovated and has very nice and friendly staff ready to go above and beyond. Yet the building is old so sometimes it smells bad inside the hotel and rooms. Some room amenities are very outdated, for example, the TV inside the room is from ages ago and has only access to a limited set of Turkish channels. The breakfast is delicious but don't expect it to be a buffet. It's served to each table and if you're staying longer, the repetition could feel tiring. There is some active construction in the area and because of the heavy traffic, some cabs might not be accepted.

Wedding Anniversary

We visited Concept Nişantaşı as a wedding anniversary and it was a hotel chosen through reviews from previous stayers and to be honest it is a lovely place as been stated before. The staff is extremely attentive, friendly, always on hand to resolve or find alternatives to our needs. Very sympathetic even when we had an issue with a taxi driver WE had booked ourselves to which the hotel had no involvement in, and even then they stepped in booked a reliable taxi who arrived within minutes. The only downside to our stay would be all related to travel to and from the hotel, the taxi drivers would make a fuss to go through the narrow roads again to which the hotel had no involvement. However main road was within walking distance we’d say 7-8 mins to main road to which we actually enjoyed. All staff specially Mr Tural and Mr Adem, outstanding performance attentive and extremely resourceful. We stayed at two different rooms to which we loved however room 605 may need a little TLC. The bathroom needs some taking care of and maybe the shower needs to be changed as for a room of that size and comfort could have been a little bigger. I have OCD and unfortunately for others I see every little detail and unfortunately for the cleaning staff there were corners of rooms left unseen to. But overall we rate our stay 5 stars and if our recommendations are taken into consideration would actually rate it much higher. Thank you everyone and we will be BACK!!!

Staff were great, shame they cant speak english to well but we got by. Needs a lot of TLC... the balcony furniture could be replaced with outdoor seating rather than old office chairs, maintenance required for basin tap, had to hold in place to use, corner rounded shower was difficult to get into, only side on and the loud noise of lift shaft backed on to our room Photos were deceiving as i thought the hotel was on a main street, yes its away from hustle and bustle, close walk to shops, restaurants, cafes and subway. taxis were convenient when you arent harrased by scams

We booked for 7 night 4 of us we stayed in family room with bunk beds that room not big enough for 2 people very small place to live for people of 4 it’s look like they advertise to make people fools service is rubbish staff also at zero level we paid £760.00 for 7 nights we just left hotel after 1 night and move to another hotel never recommended to anyone location also very bad we requested to change our room but they didn’t after that we have no choice to leave so never again

Kamer en badkamer ouderwets. Wat wij aanraakten ging stuk, denk bijv. aan handdoekrek, haakjes voor handdoeken aan de deur, rolgordijn. Verder vaak geen warm water om te douchen. Kamer werd niet iedere dag schoongemaakt. We moesten elke dag zelf vragen naar nieuwe handdoeken en toiletpapier. We keken uit naar muren, omdat we een kamer hadden ergens achterin. We konden daardoor niet zien wat voor weer het was. Het stonk er ook en het maakte veel herrie. Dat kwam door het ventilatiesysteem buiten. De airco deed het niet. Het blies alleen warme lucht. We hadden het erg benauwd in de slaapkamer en een raam konden we niet open zetten, omdat er dan te veel herrie van de ventilatiesysteem kwam.

Mitarbeiter waren nett. Man muss aber lange zum Hotel laufen, so zentral ist es nicht. Eher abgelegen und mit Koffern schwierig zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war mit Fenster zu einem Lüftungsschacht und sehr laut. Die Fenster sind nicht so dicht, der Lärm der ganzen Klimaanlagen war laut. Frühstück war auch sehr teuer, daher haben wir das nicht in Anspruch genommen.
