My stay at The Superior Living Batisehir was excellent. The area around the property is safe, quiet, and very convenient with easy access to shopping and transportation. The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable, making my 3-night stay very enjoyable. A special thanks to Emre, Elif, and Veysel for their warm hospitality and professional support throughout my stay – they truly made the experience even better. The apartment was wonderful, and spacious with the comforts of home including a kitchen and washing machine. I found myself ordering from their menu daily because the quality was consistently excellent. ‏I would like to extend my special thanks to Mr. Cihan and Mr. Barış for their exceptional hospitality. Their kind and attentive approach truly made my stay even more memorable. Great room, clean. Amensitues like sauna, stem room worked very poorly. Customer service average. Didn’t feel welcomed The room has a kitchen but no plates, no silverware, no kitchen pots to warm up anything, only few glasses. Checking the room before you leave the hotel left a bad taste in my mouth. I find it disrespectful

Amazing and clean rooms, lobby is very clean and smells good and a nice pool. The staff were super helpful and very friendly especially Emre,Furkan and Veysel who helped us through out our stay. One negative part of our stay is the Lebanese restaurant. The food is great but the manager cheated me, I paid him 100 US dollars. . It’s not a big deal but I don’t like when someone takes advantage of me. . We were eating there breakfast lunch and dinner. After that day I never went in there again. He lost my business over 200 liters. He would have made way more than that in the 3 weeks we stayed in the hotel. Overall and amazing stay and a great place to feel like home. I still gave the hotel 5 stars because they deserve it. But that restaurant doesn’t!
