The hotel is located in a narrow street off the main street leading to the Grand Bazaar and other tourist attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were given a larger room for the first night and then had to move to a small room (originally booked) that was not quite ready (no drinking water, no working A/C). The Breakfast on the 6th floor has a variety of food to eat (not much hot food). The Massage centre is NOT open on a Saturday. The hotel staff can arrange many tours for clients.

Ne pas avoir de chambres au -1 !!!

Hôtel propre, plutôt bien placé pour faire à pieds de nombreuses choses, propre. Cependant si vous vous retrouvez au -1 demandez à changer de chambres rapidement. Les remontées d’égouts immonde, donne une affreuse odeur à votre chambre ! Et les pièces du personnels sont à côté ça sens très fort la cigarette.

Bon hôtel bien situé mais sans parking

Très mauvaise surprise quand nous sommes arrivés. Hotels.com informait que cet hôtel bénéficiait d'un parking sans service voiturier et lorsque nous nous sommes présentés, on nous a réclamés 150 € pour le parking pour 3 jours et 2 voitures. Refus de l'hôtel qui disait que ce n'était pas inclus. Du coup, on a rendu les voitures avec 2 jours d'avance, ce qui nous a couté 2 navettes aéroport (60 €) et pas de remboursement pour avoir rendu les voitures de manière anticipée. Chambre 3 lits minuscules. Nous n'avions pas la place de poser nos valises au sol. Fermeture de la piscine et du spa trop tôt (19 h). Or, c'est à partir de cette heure là que nous avions envie de profiter, après avoir passer la journée à visiter Istanbul. Très bon petit déjeuner et très bonne situation

A nightmare

I booked the hotel with hotel.com and they confirm that Turkish bath and swimming pool was part of booking but there they asked for extra money and the rooms looks nothing like pics and this hotel is a not even 1 star ..first room I got was dirty carpets and asked for second room after sometime went to use bathroom and found someone's dirty cloths setting there ..
