The Marist is an excellent place to stay on a budget. The room was comfortable, tidy and had everything we needed. The hotel was quiet, with minimal street noise, had a lovely breakfast included in the price, and the staff were all very pleasant. The location is easily walkable to the ferry and the metro, and right in Kadiköy with plenty of fantastic dining and shopping options within 15 minutes walking. Would recommend.

Excellent hotel, polite and hospitable staff, clean and comfortable rooms, a quiet and peaceful place to relax, a rooftop terrace with an excellent view and the opportunity to drink tea or coffee at any time.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great around everything you can take the airport bus from there just 5 min walk to the bus stop .

Great Stay in Kadikoy

Outstandingly friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room, great location in Kadikoy, minutes from the ferry pier, bus station, busy market and dozens of restaurants. Great value for money, has a lift and a breakfast room with a view of the Bosphorus.

The front desk people, all of them, great. Very nice breakfast. Nice that we could keep our bags there after we checked out and could enjoy a tea on the roof when we picked up our bags. Highly recommended.

Great location. Easy walk to metro station & free parking. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Room rather small with double bed pushed against a wall. But overall excellent value for centre of Istanbul

The hosts were great, very interessted in making one;s stay pleasant. The location is central, 5 minutes away from the ferry and havabus. The breakfast was ok, although every day the same.The rooms were clean, the beds soft. The only thing that distracted me a bit is that there is no acustic isolation between the apartements. You could literally understand the conversations in the next apartement, had it not been in turkish.

Room & bathroom was clean, but small & quiet. Bed was a little hard & uncomfortable for me. Location was walking distance to the port & big market, but on a busy area with small sidewalks & smoking people, very hard to breath everywhere in Turkey. Seems like everybody smokes everywhere you go. The staffs were very helpful, friendly & nice, has elevator, but still have steps on entrance, to the elevator & to the cafeteria on the top floor. Turkish breakfast was good, but I'm not a fan of Turkish food & got tired eating the same everyday for 4 days. Their cafeteria is open to hang out with free tea & coffee until 11 PM is a plus when you need a place to chill, but some people smoke & it gets suffocating for non smokers. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, in 5 min you are at ferry area to go to Europe. Shops and restaurants are very nearby. In 10 min you are in center of Kadikoy. Breakfast is perfect with open buffet style. The whole day you can go the restaurant and get free tea, coffee and water.
